This piece started as a concept for the Queen of Spades. It evolved into the piece you see here. Depicting the balance between the dreaming mind, and the waking mind. One is lost in thought and fuelling creativity, the other is awake allowing those thoughts to rest and be inspired by the world around us, sterilizing the raw creativity.
