Once a parcel is delivered to the shipping service of Justin Erickson Arts choice. It is no longer the responsibility of Justin Erickson Art.
Our shipping provider of choice is Canada Post.
Orders are delivered to Canada Post every Tuesday, and Friday. Or the business day prior to a statuary holiday recognized by British Columbia, Canada.
In the Event of Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Justin Erickson Art within seven days of receiving the parcel, with photographs of the damage.
If the item is an art pin, fine art print, or greeting card. You will have the option to exchange the item, for a replacement, or an item of equal value.
Sales on Original artwork are final and will not be replaced, or exchanged.
In the Event of Broken Glass
If your order includes artwork that has been framed under glass and it arrives broken.
Contact Justin Erickson Art immediately with photographs of the damage.
Please do not attempt to replace the glass on your own.
Take the piece to your local picture framer, and get a quote for a new piece of conservation clear glass.
If we receive the quote within 7 days of the parcel delivery. Justin Erickson Art will pay up to $100.00 Canadian dollars towards replacing the “Conservation Clear” glass. Any other type of glass will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
