Artwork Gift Guide 2020

The Holidays are approaching quickly! Too quickly if you ask me. The pandemic is still in full force and it’s making a lot of us change the way we will celebrate this holiday season. Despite Covid, I’m starting to feel festive, hopefully you are too! Thats why I’ve decided to compile an Artwork Gift Guide for every budget.

Gifts Under $20.00

It’s no secret I’m a sucker for a nice card, and if you’ve ever seen my backpack… It’s covered in pins.

If we were at a market, these would be my grab and go items.

They’re secretly some of my favourite items.

Gifts up to $50.00

This is where you’ll find studies, prints, and what could be called miniature originals.

Prints

Small Originals & Studies

Gifts $200.00 or Less

Here you’ll find smaller originals.

Gifts $500.00 or Less

The majority of my originals fall into this category.

Holiday Commissions

Commissions are billed hourly, plus material costs. This includes art supplies, framing if you want it, and shipping.

There isn’t a lot of time left to get one of these in time for the holidays. Unless you’re comfortable with a delayed gift.

I’ll inform you well in advance if it won’t be ready on time . What I’ve done in the past is send a small frame including a photo of the piece in progress, and a letter.

December 10th 2020 is the official holiday cut off, but don’t let that discourage you. I take requests anytime.

Gifts $500.00 or More

This section houses some of my most cherished originals.

As difficult as it would be to say goodbye to a few of these, knowing they’re going to a good home makes me feel pretty damn good. Not to mention, I’d do the excited wiggle and jump around.

Gifts I Would Faint Over

This section features my big ticket items.

If you purchased one of these I would without a doubt dance around my apartment, scream, faint, most likely cry, drop the beverage I’m holding, and stare into the distance in disbelief.

All joking aside, I don’t know how I would even begin to express my gratitude.

You’ll be Supporting a Canadian Business

I know a lot of people are turning to Canada Post, and other delivery services to get gifts to their loved ones this year. I promise, I’ll do my best to make sure your purchases are shipped as quickly as possible. Directly to you, or whomever you’ve purchased them for.

Everything is being gift wrapped this month, so you don’t need to worry about ruining the surprise.

I hope you found this little artwork gift guide helpful. Hop over to facebook and give me a like or a share, it goes a long way.

I’m not sure this needs to be said however, any purchase helps me continue to create new work, it gets groceries on my table, and it pays bills. For that I am eternally grateful to all of my supporters.

Stay Creative,

Justin Erickson
